House Rules
The rent is exclusive water and electricity. On Curaçao the prices are high. When only using the airco during the night in both bedrooms you can count on 20 Naf 11 euro) per day.
When you arrive you will pay a deposit in cash or per bank upfront
The deposit is:
150 euro for 1 week
250 euro for 2 weeks
350 euro for 3 -4 weeks
400 euro per month
We settle the usage costs with the deposit afterwards. To make it easy :)
